1. Scope of the agreement

These terms govern the customer's use of the RoleWise platform provided by RoleWise LLP, OC452568. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

2. Subscription and payment

The subscription is billed monthly in advance. Cancellation can be made with the current month plus 30 days' notice.

3. Availability

We aim for a minimum uptime of 99.9% measured monthly. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Liability

RoleWise's total liability is limited to the last 12 months' subscription payments. We are not liable for indirect losses.

5. Governing law

The agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are settled in the ordinary courts of England and Wales.
