Terms of service
The commercial terms that apply to RoleWise subscriptions in the United Kingdom.
Subscription and pricing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in GBP or EUR. Your tier adjusts automatically to your actual usage of active roles — you pay for the level you use, with no manual renegotiation.
Term and cancellation
There is no lock-in period. Notice is the current month plus one month. Annual prepayment attracts a 10% discount.
Delivery
Standard onboarding delivers a live, branded portal within seven days of kick-off, provided you supply brand assets and role information.
Acceptable use
You must not use RoleWise to make automated adverse decisions about individuals, or to process data you have no lawful basis to process.
Liability
AI-generated insights are decision support. RoleWise is not liable for hiring decisions made by the customer. Enterprise plans include an SLA with a guaranteed uptime commitment.
