RoleWise was founded on a simple frustration: organisations make hundreds of hiring decisions and learn almost nothing from them.
Traditional recruitment software closes the case when the contract is signed. Nothing flows back from what happened afterwards to the decision that was made.
We built RoleWise to close that loop. An adaptive AI conversation understands the person behind the CV. Onboarding, feedback, reviews and progression are connected back to that original profile. Over time, an organisation can see which signals actually correlate with success — in their business, not in general.
We are now bringing the platform to the UK market with UK data residency, UK GDPR alignment and pricing in pounds.
