What data do we process?

We process contact details for our customers and - on behalf of our customers - application data from candidates (name, contact details, conversation data, scores).

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to deliver the RoleWise platform. The legal basis is the data processing agreement in place (Art. 28 UK/EU GDPR) as well as the customer's own duty to inform candidates.

Retention

Candidate data is retained for a maximum of 12 months, unless the customer configures a shorter period. You can always request deletion at hello@rolewise.uk.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. Complaints can be made to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or the relevant EU supervisory authority.
