Data Processing Agreement
Standard DPA in accordance with UK/EU GDPR Art. 28
Parties
The data controller (the customer) and the data processor (RoleWise LLP, OC452568) enter into this agreement in addition to the main agreement.
Nature of processing
The data processor processes personal data about candidates solely for the purpose of delivering the RoleWise platform.
Security measures
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access control with SSO and MFA. Audit log on all data operations. Data is held within the UK/EU in line with UK and EU data residency requirements.
